Kylee Leach - Assistant

Kylee graduated from Bingham High School. She attended Salt Lake Community College for Dental Assisting School. She would like to go back to school to further her education to become a Dental Hygienist. She was a Dental Assistant for a pediatric dentist for about a year and has two years experience in working in general dentistry. She really enjoys working! But when she’s not working she loves doing anything with her husband, whether it’s boating, camping, or riding bikes! She was born in St. George, Utah and grew up in South Jordan Utah. Kylee comes from a family of 8. There are 6 kids, 5 girls and 1 boy. She is the 4th oldest. She recently got married in the Mount Timpanogos Temple to the love of her life, Justin. They are currently living in South Salt Lake.

Ashton Steadman - Back Office Coordinator

Ashton is a pre-dental student at the University of Utah and has been in the dental field for four years. He worked as an orthodontic assistant for a year in Cedar City Utah where he also volunteered for a year as a dental assistant at the Rural Health Clinic in Cedar City as well. He has currently been working with Dr. Jason Barton for two years now and works in the office as the back office coordinator. Ashton deals with everything around the office: ordering, assisting, helping with insurance and scheduling as well. He loves sports. He played collegiate football for Southern Utah University for two years and now competes competitively in triathlons. Away from the office Ashton spends a lot of his time at school and also with his lovely wife Lisa and our little dog Tilly. When Ashton isn’t wrapped up in school, work, or with his wife, he spends time training for his triathlon competitions.

Erin Rigby - Hygienist

Erin has been in the dental industry for almost 7 years. She began as a front desk assistant, then collections assistant, hygiene assistant and finally a dental hygienist. She graduated from Utah Valley State College, now Utah Valley University, in 2007. She is also licensed to administer local dental anesthesia. She has been with Progressive Dental and Dr. Barton for 3 1/2 years. She is a full time clinical dental hygienist, educating patients on optimum dental health as she cleans their teeth. Erin performs laser periodontal therapy and is entrusted to bring our patients with periodontal disease back to health. Her favorite part of her job is getting to interact with all the different personalities of our patients. She is a mother of 3, school aged children, who keep her constantly entertained and busy. She enjoys all aspects of the outdoors and loves to dance when she can fit in a ballet or technique class.

Sharyl Lewis - Front Desk Coordinator

Sharyl has been in the dental field in all aspects since 1982. She has worked assisting and front desk. She is currently working as the Front Desk Coordinator. Her husband, Steve, is a chiropractor. They have 7 children. When she has time she likes to spend it with her family. She likes to travel to Europe, play the piano and go to the movies.
